Welcome to Mike Ward's Site for classes in the mind/body arts of Aikido and Yoga. This web-site serves the schools of Saddleback College, Irvine Valley College, Fullerton College, Santa Ana College, Coastline Community College, and Chapman University. The objective is to minimize the time, effort, and physical resources necessary to carry out the administrative responsibilities for these classes, thereby maximizing the energy available for Student/Teacher interactions in the classroom.
